The CLOTH BAG UNIT initiative was successfully organized to promote sustainable livelihoods and environmental responsibility within the community. The event focused on empowering women and underprivileged individuals by providing training and employment opportunities in the production of eco-friendly cloth bags. Participants were guided on stitching techniques, quality control, and small-scale entrepreneurship to help them develop income-generating skills.
The initiative encouraged the reduction of plastic usage by promoting reusable, biodegradable cloth bags as an environmentally friendly alternative. Beneficiaries were equipped with practical knowledge on production, packaging, and local market distribution, enabling them to achieve financial independence and self-reliance. The program also created awareness about environmental conservation and the importance of sustainable practices in everyday life.
Through the CLOTH BAG UNIT project, the organization strengthened its commitment to women’s empowerment, skill development, and green initiatives, contributing toward community development and a cleaner, plastic-free future.
