The program “Educational Support to the Gypsy and SC Children of Scavengers” was organized with the objective of strengthening access to education for children from socially and economically marginalized communities. The initiative extended meaningful assistance to children belonging to Gypsy and Scheduled Caste (SC) families, especially those engaged in manual scavenging work, who often faced financial hardship and social discrimination.
During the event, essential educational materials including notebooks, school bags, uniforms, and other learning resources were distributed to deserving students. The initiative aimed to reduce dropout rates and encourage consistent school attendance. Awareness discussions were also conducted with parents to highlight the importance of education, skill development, and long-term career opportunities.
Through this effort, the organization reaffirmed its commitment to inclusive education, social justice, and community empowerment. The timely support provided helped boost students’ confidence and motivated them to continue their studies with hope for a brighter and more dignified future.
