The Internship Programme for College Students was successfully conducted to provide practical exposure, skill development, and hands-on learning opportunities for young graduates. The initiative aimed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world experience by engaging students in meaningful community-based projects and organizational activities.
During the programme, interns were involved in fieldwork, research, documentation, social outreach activities, and project coordination. They received mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, enabling them to enhance their communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The internship also helped students understand grassroots development, social responsibility, and community engagement.
The interactive sessions and experiential learning approach encouraged students to apply theoretical concepts in real-life situations. Beneficiaries of the programme gained valuable insights into social development initiatives and career planning. Through this initiative, the organization strengthened its commitment to youth empowerment, professional development, and nurturing socially responsible future leaders.
